Vinovium—Latin for “on the wine road”—was created with a clear intention: to offer a thoughtful, collaborative approach to Texas wine shaped by experience, relationships, and a deep respect for the craft. Our team and partners bring decades of combined wine, hospitality, and industry knowledge, and that shared background guides every choice we make.

In the wine world, the traditional path is clear: you’re either a grower, a grower-producer or a producer. Vinovium chose a different lane—one built on collaborative winemaking and deep-rooted industry relationships to tell a different kind of Texas wine story. In 2012, we became one of the first Texas wineries to pioneer kegged wine—a simple, sustainable choice that keeps every pour fresh and minimizes waste.
