Vinovium is a Texas négociant and winery founded in 2012 that provides merchant services to the Texas wine industry – We’re a winery that partners with other wineries, and in doing so it allows us to offer an entirely unique Texas Hill Country experience.

We offer central Texas’ largest selection of wines on tap, an expansive wine cocktail list, kegs for parties, home or office, a growler refill program, a rotating bottle program that features wines from our favorite Texas winemakers, and a monthly calendar of classes and events. Everything we do is with the intent to provide value, community and a place you want to be. Oh, and we’re OPEN LATE!
