This vibrant Sangiovese Rosé captures the bright, sunlit character of the Texas High Plains with elegance and freshness. Aromas of wild strawberry, watermelon, and red cherry lead, layered with notes of rose petal, citrus zest, and a hint of fresh herbs. 

On the palate, crisp red fruit flavors are complemented by lively acidity and a subtle mineral edge, offering impressions of raspberry, pink grapefruit, and melon. Light-bodied and refreshing, the wine finishes clean and dry with lingering notes of strawberry, citrus, and a delicate floral lift.
