    ON THE WINE ROAD

    Vinovium – Latin for “on the wine road” – was founded in 2012 with a clear mission: to pioneer a collaborative approach to Texas wine shaped by deep industry relationships, decades of wine expertise, and a deep love for winemaking. 

    True to its name, Vinovium sits at the beginning of the 290 Texas Wine Trail. Start (and end!) your journey into wine country with a glass at our tasting room in downtown Johnson City. It would be an honor to welcome you to the Texas wine country.

    While most wineries follow the traditional grower-producer model, we built a négociant-winery partnership that tells a distinctly collaborative Texas wine story.

    Plus, we were among the first Texas wineries to embrace kegged wine, a choice that keeps every pour fresh and minimizes waste – a win-win for us wine lovers and the planet.
