Rex’s Creole Kitchen is a scratch kitchen focused on traditional Creole recipes and flavors. The menu is prepared by Chef Santos Martinez, who has been in the Central Texas culinary world for the last 20+ years. The staple recipes come from Rex’s family and their ties to Lafayette, Louisiana. Everything is made fresh, in-house and prepared to order. Our goal is deliver a made-from-scratch menu with big flavor, Creole charm and southern hospitality.
