Mike's Q Fall Off The Bone Rib Class
Come learn from one the best Pit-Masters in the Texas Hill Country. Mike Gomez, who has been a competitive cooker for over 10 years on the professional circuit, is sanctioned by the International BBQ Association, and winner of 12 Grand Champions, 18 Reserve Grand Champions and over 50, 1st place finishes in categories including brisket, ribs, chicken and beans. He has competed in every part of the great State of Texas and at the American Royal in Kansas - the competitive bbq'ers World Series.
For the first time at Vinoivum you can learn directly from him how he prepares his signature, fall-off-the-bone ribs. Participants in the class will receive instruction on technique, seasonings, wood selection and his award-winning recipe.
There are two ways to experience this delicious opportunity. Either as a student and eater, or just an eater. Tickets to the class, which includes lunch and a growler fill from Vinovium is $75 + tax. Or if you just want to be an eater, which includes a glass of wine from Vinovium is $40 + tax.
Class starts at 12:00pm and lunch will be served at 1:30pm.
